Build a custom website

I need a web developer to help me build a custom website. I will like the website to be optimized for mobile and tab use.

The site allows users to post events they have attended or upcoming events they plan to attend. The events will have images, locations,s and descriptions.

Users will also be able to have followers or friends. Their followers or friends can see the events they've posted.

I have uploaded an image and uploaded documents of what I want it to look like and how it'll function.
