Description
I don't mind whether it's built in WordPress or another platform, as long as it's reliable and easy to manage afterwards.
It should include an online booking system, email confirmations, a simple admin area and work well on mobile devices.
If you've built something similar before, please send me a couple of examples and let me know what platform you'd recommend and why.
I'm looking for someone who communicates well, pays attention to detail and can suggest improvements rather than just following instructions.
Please include your estimated timeframe and fixed price in your proposal.

- Could you describe your complete booking workflow from the customer's perspective? For example, should customers simply choose a service and available time, or do they also need to select a staff member, location, service duration, or answer custom questions before confirming their appointment?
- How would you like your appointment scheduling and availability to be managed? Should staff have individual calendars with separate working hours, holidays, and unavailable dates, or will everyone share a single booking calendar? Also, do you require buffer times between appointments, recurring schedules, or limits on daily bookings?
- Do you require online payments or deposits during the booking process, or will customers pay later? If payments are needed, which payment gateway would you prefer (Stripe, PayPal, Square, etc.)? Additionally, should the system support partial deposits, full payments, coupon codes, or refunds for cancelled appointments? -
