Bootstrap HTML5 - small changes to existing design, code clean-up and adaptation

Description of requirements/features: I have an existing site using a customised one-page Bootstrap template with Wordpress. We are building a new back-end for that site and need some changes to the HTML. You will need to:

* Grab the HTML and all included CSS, JS and other resources from the current site
* Remove the Wordpress-specific pieces of code in the HTML and CSS
* Use latest version of Bootstrap and jQuery (OK to use CDN links)
* Clean-up and re-factor CSS and HTML
* Make a few small changes to the design (e.g. add links to register / log-in)
* Provide the result back to me
* Remain available for some time to work with our back-end dev to provide support and on-going small changes
Extra notes: You must be good with CSS, HTML5 and Bootstrap for this job, so I need to see that in your proposal - just having used Bootstrap for a project or two is probably not enough.

If you have some experience with the Django template language, that's a big plus, because we are using Django for the back-end.

Please note that there is a tight deadline for this project, so work needs to be completed fairly quickly.
