Blog Footer Design and Code

I run my blog on WordPress

I would like a three column footer to be designed, with background and theme colours.

First column - newsletter sign up form (I have the code for this as it is on my site already).

Second column - categories. (read more must be used so that the categories are not too long and the footer is all one height).

Third Column - Text. Affiliate Link Disclosure + Copyright notice.

To be responsive on mobile.
