Blog Build for a WordPress Site

We are looking for a freelancer developer to work with on t least one project for integration of a blog into an existing theme built using Divi. We will need a quote for the following

Blog Page build to include
Display blogs by date / author / category / tags
Search function
Side bar or other areas with related blogs and cta's
Styled load more button (instead of standard load more text)
Blog search display page
Single Blog Template with containers for Images,Videos & Galleries
CTA's and related blog section
Backend set up

The successful developer will need to create a blog template that will allocate header / body / images and video styles dynamically into a temple.

E.G the H1 will always be styled the same on every blog, along with other headers, body font, image sizes, placements, videos, bullet points ect.
