Basic Holding/"Coming Soon" page

Hi all, need a basic holding page done before the end of tomorrow (Friday 17/08/12).
I already have the logo, registered domain - there is a site live on there at the moment that I would like replacing with the holding page - and I could provide a pdf of the basic layout I'd like if preferred.

Only extra is to try and get a bit of colour/movement into it i.e. when hovering over email address or a text-based gif.

I guess for anyone experienced this is a half an hour job once I pass the relevant info.
