Hi Sully,
Could you please share your website URL and let me know what technology stack and hosting environment you're currently using? I'd like to review the performance bottlenecks (server, database, APIs, caching, or queries) before recommending the most effective optimization approach and estimating the work.
Thanks,
Naresh -

Hi Sully, is the slow TTFB consistent on every request, or does it mainly appear under load, after cache expiry, or on specific routes? That distinction will tell us whether the first priority should be application code, database queries, caching, third-party calls or the hosting layer.
To start immediately, we would need:
- access to the codebase and a staging environment;
- details of the current stack, database and hosting setup;
- any server logs, APM data or recent performance reports;
- the priority pages or endpoints where the delay is most noticeable.
Once these are received, we can begin immediately. -

Hi Sully
I have some questions.
What technology stack is the website built with?
Where is it hosted, and what server configuration is currently used?
Do you use a CDN, reverse proxy, load balancer, or caching layer?
Is the problem affecting the whole website or only specific pages and APIs?
What are the current TTFB and page-load metrics?
Do you have reports from PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, Lighthouse, New Relic, or another monitoring tool?
Is performance consistently slow or only during peak traffic?
What level of improvement do you expect after optimization? -

Could you share the website URL so I can review its current performance before recommending the most effective optimisations?
