B2B info website (WordPress) build with plugin for ecommerce

I need an efficient website developer that is also creative to design, create me a simple information website on WORDPRESS (I am only looking for this platform).

Website brief:
- Simple mono (black and white) design with flash colour
- Information website for the B2B industry - specifically consultancy services
- I want the navigation to be split off into landing pages, not one scrolling site
- A plugin for ecommerce (I am looking for only subscription/ signup and payment) to go through to book a course or access a presentation/ written report - this can be linked to Paypal to start with if this is easier than other pay methods.
- Approx 10 pages information + ecommerce section setup for around 6-10 items (happy for you to create initial template with the ability for me to add later)

I have hosting sorted.
And all navigation/ page layouts, sample designs and content ready to go.

Ideally I'd like this turned around before Xmas.
