Assistance required with php uploading website

I have a website for a client but there are many problems with it. The biggest being not being able to upload large sized photos in jpg format.

I require somebody to go through the.php pages and correct the faults which have occured.

The project is for UK BASED RESIDENTS only due to specific technically problems already occuring with my assistant in Bangladesh. He can upload the files with no problems, whilst everyone else in the uk cannot!
