General information for the website: Advanced data collection at booking for learning provider
Description of requirements/features: The new PR Academy website (www.pracademy.co.uk) is integrated with the Adminstrate course management systems (http://www.getadministrate.com/website-integrations/api/).
We currently use the Wordpress plugin for Administrate to display course listings (http://www.pracademy.co.uk/course-booking/) and to take initial registrations for courses (eg http://www.pracademy.co.uk/course-booking/?administrate_checkout_event_id=189&event_currency=GBP).
The “out of the box” plugin does not collect all the customer information that PR Academy requires to be able to complete a student registration.
PR Academy wish to develop functionality that will automatically email students who complete a registration via the website with a link to a webform where they can enter and submit this additional information. This information should then be appended to the student’s pending registration in the Administrate system so that it can then be processed by PR Academy staff.
This functionality will need to be developed using the Administrate API (http://www.getadministrate.com/support/api/).
