when a user selects an option from a top welcome bar, it rearranges our homepage to present content from the categories from her choice
- weve built the core functionality for this but need to take it across another few choices
- add animation for the effect
- add cookies option and checkbox so users can chose to remember for next time,
- make welcome bar disappearing after closing, change some design elements of it
