Animated scrolling page

Description of requirements/features: Hi,

I need a one page that animated on as the page scrolls. Off the shelf animation like 'fade / slide up' will be fine. Html5 / css3.

The 4 animations will be;

1. Building popping up to form a skyline
2. Map pointers appearing on a map and the route being drawn
3. An cartoon man holding a mirror
4. Light turning on as page scrolls - code already installed just needs to turn on when scrolling.

I have all of the design assets, just need it putting together. I can code but just looking for a head start to get the rough framework in place
