Android Developer required for application urgently

I want a new Android app from scratch for an existing IOS app

I want some to develop a new android app from scratch and collaborate with the team who is developing IOS version .

Details:

App features and flow in brief:
1. Sign up:
Via (Email Signup/[Facebook/Gmail: referred as FG)
1.a) Fields:
Name
Email id
DOB (from date picker)
Gender (FG- fetch from API)
1.b) Upload profile picture: (from Facebook or phone)
1.c) Upload gesture image (user will have to copy a gesture from few gesture pictures – involves camera)
1.d) User need to verify name/email/dob/gender and update relationship status
Then Submit to create profile
Then show home page

2. Login: Facebook/Gmail or (email id and password)
Show home page upon login
3. Home page tab:
This will contain
1. Popular images at the top bar and horizontal sliding
2. A filter to sort by (distance, activity)
3. A toggle option to switch between grid and card view
4. Grid view: profile will be shown in grid format under popular images. Vertical sliding.
Option per profile: heart and cross, age and name
5. Card view: profile will be shown in Card format, Hide popular images in card view. Right and Left swipe feature.

4. Profile details:
This page will appear when an user opens a profile
This will show pictures of other users and basic details about other users.
About me:
Age, gender, height, weight, location, etc
Option to like or dislike a user
When a user is disliked that user won’t ever appear to the person who has disliked
5. Notification tab:
Matched profiles
Profile visitors
Likes
Invitation received
Block list
Auto-match user list
6. Chat tab: smooth chatting feature such as text, images, gifs, last seen, delivered or not, disable chat when blocked by other user, option to navigate to the profile of other user
7. My account:
Edit profile – Quiz for the user, Add more details which were not asked during sign up
My preferences
Invite friends
Settings – enable/disable notifications, deactivate account, etc
