Amend (premium) WP theme, add polylang and fill website

Hi web developer! I have a fairly straightforward job to offer today.

We have purchased a theme on Envato and installed this on a brand new WordPress instal. We now need to amend the theme to match the branding, make it multilingual (preferred plugin: Polylang) and enter all the content.

We need to style and populate approximately 10 pages.
