Amazon feed upload

We are a small company in the Uk, we are selling wood fired pizza ovens from our website and ebay, we have been trying to set up are amazon shop and not having much luck,

I have a csv file from my website that has all the info needed like, url for images,brand, ean numbers etc. I have managed to list a few from using the bulk tool, some uploads are good some have missing bits, mainly in the brand column, im not good with spreadsheets so its proving difficult

i also have around 3000 draft listings that i cant work out how to delete from the amazon shop, would be best to remove all listings from my amazon shop and upload the spread sheet again

the MAIN descriptions seem to be a little messed up as well, Were text was supposed to be underlined its not and has funny symbols instead, I have added a copy of the csv to assist you
