Alterations and Improvements to a Simple Microsoft Access Database

I have developed an Microsoft Access database to manage the delegates attending our training courses and some of the services we sell to them. It is based around five tables: Membership, Courses, Delegates, Packages and Tenders. I need someone who is conversant with Microsoft Access 2016 to help me design forms and reports, link fields in the forms and help prevent data entry errors.

I need to be able to continue the design of the database after this project is complete, as and when requirements change. So I need to be able to discuss the changes and learn how to do future improvements myself. This means that you will need excellent spoken and written English and you must be easily available on a telephone line should we need to arrange calls. It, also, means that the improvements must be easily understood and achieved using the Access tools and package.

I will provide a database with dummy data and the current system.
