Alter one page/template on a Wordpress Theme Website

I have a travel website and the main "product" or "itinerary/tour" page showcasing the details is organised in 4 or 5 tab. So often the user only sees one tab, and misses the rest of the description, map, details. Not sure if it is java or what, but each tab is not a separate page with a unique URL.

I want to re-design this page (a theme Wordpress) so that by default, all the content is displayed on ONE longer page, and repurpose the TAB as anchors to make the navigation easier.

Also, I would like those TABS to have larger fonts and icons to make them more prominent.
