Afternoon Tea booking page with stripe intergration.

We are building a wordpress site for burtreehouse.com (at the moment there is just a holding page while we build the word press site).
What we require urgently is a 1 page booking page to sit on the wordpress site we are developing.
We need a calander to show user what days and time slots are avaiable. W also need to be able to blank out the days we are not serving afternoon tea via the backend.
We have time slots of 12-13:30, 14:00-15:30, 16:00-17:30 for each of our 7 tables.
we need the customer to select their time slot and date and pay online via our stripe account.

Need this completing by this Monday last thing.
