Adult Site / Escorting Directory / Some development and CLS

FIRST OF ALL, PLEASE ONLY GET IN TOUCH IF YOU CAN WORK ON AN ADULT SITE!!

I am looking for someone who can do 3 tasks. My website is www.cupidescorts.co.uk - An escort directory.

1. I need our locations on the homepage to be very similar to https://www.ennvy.com/ - I no longer want drop down menus. I need a small amount to be shown on the homepage with a view all button just like Ennvy. This must be displayed the same as Ennvy on both mobile and desktop. I want it practically the same, apart from I would like to pick the locations shown, not the same as theirs.

2. I need CLS issues sorted out on both Mobile and Desktop. A screenshot is attached.

3. And finally, recently our SEO / Rankings in England have been effected. I believe this is due to the loading time the England page has and all the sub locations are suffering too. The loading times for all pages needed to be resolved either by optimisation or a change of function. When clicking https://www.cupidescorts.co.uk/escorts/england/ page it loads all sublocations with all the escorts. It takes far too long. It has to be resolved to improve customer experience. It is worth noting I have paid someone in the past and the functionality of the site changed and caused errors. All content on the site randomises every hour. This needs to stay, and the structure of the site not be compromised.

It is 11pm in UK now, I will not check proposals until 12pm tomorrow. I would like the person that works on our site to read this description properly and reply with a solution to resolve these issues. The works would need to be done on a test site so it doesn't effect the live site.

Whoever takes this job, will get work from us regularly including possibly building a second site for us.
