Additional Woocommerce Omnisend integration

Hello fellow people,

I've woocommerce webshop running and integrated this with omnisend.
Omnisend is already sending out email confirmations and shipment confirmations.

However with regard to the shipment confirmation I need this to contain a 'custom field' which is available in the order meta data points of the woocommerce order. In this meta point the shipping_tracker_url is passed through of my courier. I want my customers to be able to click on that link in the shipping confirmation email.

I already tried myself to arrange this with a webhook - but without succes yet.
Who could possible help me out.
