Add two pages to WP

I need a developer to create two new pages on my WordPress website.

1. Exam Papers Page
---Admin must be able to upload PDF and Word documents from the WP backend
---Uploaded files should automatically display on the new page
--Page must include a left-side filter menu to sort/display relevant exam papers
--More details on filter categories will be provided to the chosen developer

2. Information + Contact Page
---Standard information page (text, tick boxes, etc.)
---iIncludes a contact form with selectable filter/options
---No complex functionality required

**Design Expectations
---The developer must have a strong eye for design
---The new pages must match the current website style (fonts, colours, spacing, alignment, layout, responsiveness, etc.)
---I should not need to repeatedly point out basic design issues (e.g. wrong colours, poor alignment, elements not matching the existing site)

Requirements:

✅ Good communication
