Add a Photo and text page on wordpress site

I run a WordPress website using Elementor (Dwello Solutions – building and property services).

Currently, adding new items to my Portfolio Gallery is slow because each entry has to be manually laid out using Elementor (uploading images, adding headings, spacing, text blocks, etc).

I am looking for a developer to create a much simpler way to add Portfolio Gallery entries, where I can upload images and add text, and the layout is automatically generated without needing to build pages in Elementor each time.

What I Need

A system that allows me to:

Upload portfolio images

Add portfolio text (title, location, description)

Publish the entry

Have it automatically display in a clean, consistent layout within the Portfolio Gallery

I do not want to manually design or adjust layouts in Elementor per entry.

Preferred Technical Approach (Open to Suggestions)

Custom Post Type for “Portfolio Gallery”

Simple backend fields for text and image uploads

Automatic front-end layout using:

A single Elementor template, or

ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), or

A custom WordPress template

Portfolio entries should display consistently without additional setup
