Hello everyone and thank you for your time.
I'm looking for someone with experience in Listeo theme for a business directory project.
I'd like to start with basic Listeo template functionality as follows:

1. Users can set up a basic account and submit business details to the directory for verification by the admin
2. The admin can accept the listing in full and publish as is, make amendments and publish, reject in full or contact the submitting party for further details about proposed business
3. 2-3 static paages using existing theme templates
4. Connecting PayPal Account to the Listeo theme
5. Contact form for general queries with some sensible captcha.
6. Contact form where business listing details can be submitted.
7. Standard free business listing to include: business name, logo, address
8. Full business listing will include what a free listing has + photos, info on features, location on map
9. Home page based on template no. 4 - part of the theme already.
