A Website redesign with added features

General information for the website: We offer businesses senior staff development
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: We are after a redesign of our current website, corpalc.com

The redesign is intended to both refresh the appearance and to add the following features some of which will not be used immediately but will be developed over time;
Description of requirements/features: Membership of site - with 3 levels of access (Registered, Paid member, Alumni),
Integration into social media - Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and
Login account creation using any of the major companies logins (gmail, Facebook, etc),
Sales page - the intention is to sell at least one book published by us on the site (sold through amazon)
Recommended books page - with links to Amazon books
forum for posting and answering of questions relating to management
integration of Mailchimp (for members and users who have subscribed to our monthly newsletter),
Pages to be responsive to devices it is being viewed upon,

There are a few stylistic requirements -
colour;purple same as our current site
types of image ; people based images - we are expecting to use stock images and hoping you can source them.
On large screens content to sit on a page rather than extend to whole screen width
Specific technologies required: We are expecting a Wordpress based solution, and will supply a Godaddy account that can be used for development or staging and will be be used for the final site.
