A Review Forum

I am seeking a developer to build a feature-rich online review forum. The forum will allow users to create accounts to post reviews on various topics. Users should be able to write reviews, assign ratings and include photos/videos. Reviews must support formatting and allow for links, hashtags and mentions. Advanced search filters are needed to search reviews by tags, categories, time periods and user assigned filters. Users should be able customize their profile pages and choose notification settings. Moderation tools are required for admins to manage content, users and comments. Key features include a robust tagging system to categorize reviews, flagging, preset words and ability to follow topics/users. Analytics are needed to track engagement over time on the platform. Security and privacy is paramount with requirements for user login, content moderation workflows. Responsiveness across devices is expected.
