A PDF added to my website that also captures people’s email addresses and SEO help

I need someone that is experienced with Wix as that’s what my website is built on.

I need PDF added to my website Happy Horse and Hounds that will also capture people’s contact details such as their email address when they click on it.

I also need some SEO done so I appear on google etc as currently I don’t show up unless you enter my website URL into the bar.

I would also like someone to help by adding more information that I will provide to my website as it is lacking information.

I know nothing about any of this so please talk in easy basic terms ha so I understand, thanks.
