A new static web site for our company

* Responsive Static HTML landing page, with minimal animations and only when it makes sense. Navigation menu should be easily customized by us by editing the HTML not JS files. Minimal usage of external JS files, and no custom fonts. We prefer OSS fonts.
* Responsive static HTML template that can be used in various other web pages in the future.
* Responsive (non PHP/Python etc) Contact form with thank you message.
* Pure HTML/CSS files (no auto-generated, or you have to clean up them before the delivery). We are strict on this.
* NO COOKIES
* No Wordpress/Joomla/etc templates. We will host the site on our own web server and we will develop it in the future internally.

The delivery should be:
* The design of the page/site in a portable/editable format. The main design (layers, color codes etc) should be delivered in Open Raster format (.ora) or in TIFF.
* NO PSD Files.
* A package containing images, CSS, Javascript, HTML files in the appropriate directories for the LAMP stack.

We will provide our logo and a sample navigation menu (just as a reference, all items can point to the template page).
