General information for the website: Arrange Bookings and accept quick payments
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 4
Description of requirements/features: Looking for someone with a great experience in Web Development and a number of skills using different types of programming languages.

Aim is to produce a dynamic mobile responsive web page consisting of 4 sections on 1 page.

Landlord, Tenant, Booking Form and Map.

Design style will look something like the below web page:

Features:

Will need to integrate with PayPal or Use another payment API gateway called Stripe.com

Send emails (through smtp) and text messaging(we might need an API?) e.g. After a payment or Booking has been made.

Store data into a database

Map should offer a simple tracking feature (Might need to discuss a bit further on this??)

And logo redesign.
