3 page simple website with login feature

General information for the website: This page is to capture email addresses of people who have read my book and want to download templates associated with the book
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 3
Description of every page/module: Landing/welcome page with content provided by myself. At the top of the page will be an option to login. small page counter at the bottom of the page + copyright notice.

Login page. This will allow login or registration of new people. I will be able to login as the administrator at this point to access the email database and also upload templates. If people have forgotten their password then they can reset it here.

Template storage page. This will allow people to see all the templates and download them.
Description of requirements/features: For the template storage page. I need advice on this, I don't know which is the best method of template download. It could be one of the following suggestions or one advised by the developer:
1. People can select individual templates by ticking a box and then clicking download.
2. People could select a zip file with all templates in and then clicking Download.
3. People could login and request the zipped templates are emailed to them.

The website should allow Google to trawl it and basic SEO features should be enabled (Please describe what you would do for this.)
CMS and Admin requirements: The website should be written in Wordpress and access to the source code needs to be provided.

Admin login allows uploading/changing of templates and access to and downloading of the email database
