I have two websites I want you to give a makeover to.

They are both Wordpress. They need to look ready for the market and no matter who internally looks at them they always have elements that just look either 'cheesy' or old hat in terms of a modern approach to front end presentation.
Can you give me some ideas on a solution you would propose, time scales and an estimate of the cost to do the work, please?
