This is only a rough design and I need the freelancer to use their own ideas and artistic flair for the sections. It's a very basic website in terms of functionality.
My budget is £100 but there i promise of further work if we have a good relationship. I am looking to outsource all of my projects going forward. I have my own server so can install Wordpress for you and provide access.
