Website App User Testing

We seek two qualified testers to conduct end-user experience testing of our web application. Testers will follow a provided test plan and execute specific scenarios. Valuable feedback will then be gathered regarding various user journeys and functionality within the application.

Applicants should demonstrate experience conducting application user testing. Different user profiles will be simulated to achieve comprehensive insights. Test cases aim to evaluate usability, accessibility, and performance across a variety of contexts. The test plan is anticipated to require approximately two hours for thorough execution and documentation of findings.

Experience in methodically evaluating digital products from an end-user perspective is preferable. An understanding of best practices for unbiased, structured application experience testing will be an asset. Testers should feel comfortable interacting with the web app to complete assigned scenarios while also tracking any notable issues encountered.
