UI/UX Designer (Desktop App / Product UI / Ongoing Work)

Hi,

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to help improve and evolve an existing desktop application used by remote teams.

The work is focused on real product tasks — improving usability, refining interface states, and making complex workflows easier to understand.

Typical tasks include:
• improving existing UI flows and layouts
• designing clear interface states (loading, errors, empty states)
• simplifying complex interactions and data-heavy screens
• working with an existing product structure, not starting from scratch

We’re looking for someone who:
• understands information hierarchy and UX logic
• has experience with desktop apps or complex interfaces
• can explain their design decisions clearly
