SaaS Tester Needed – Front End and Back End

We are looking for a sharp, methodical freelance tester to help test a new business-to-business Software as a Service platform across both the front end and back end.

This is not a routine testing job on a me-too product. You would be working on something genuinely distinctive, commercially valuable and first of its kind in its space, with real relevance to revenue, customer experience and operational performance.

You should be able to test:

* user journeys and interface behaviour
* forms, workflows and logic
* admin and backend functions
* bugs, edge cases and break points
* overall usability, reliability and clarity

We are especially interested in people who have:

* Business-to-Business experience
* experience designing or building a testing method, not just following one
* Martech or customer service sector experience
* a strong eye for commercial risk as well as technical issues
* experience using Artificial Intelligence in testing, or testing Artificial Intelligence-driven products
* a broader understanding of Artificial Intelligence tools, workflows or product environments
