Plugin integration - wordpress - Dokan + Correios Shipping

Description of requirements/functionality: Create an integration between Woocomerce correios shipping option plugin and Dokan plugin.

:: Integration overview ::

Dokan plugin is a wordpress marketplace plugin based on woocommerce, allowing for users to create stores and sell items.
It is mainly comprised of a frontend store for buyers, a simplified admin area for sellers, and a backend part for the owners/admins.

Woocomerce correios is a brazilian shipping option for woocommerce. It is present both in the frontend for buyers and in the backend for the admin, but not in the backend for sellers.

I need to make the wordpress correios plugin availiable for the sellers in the seller area, so that each seller can control the specific shipping methods . This

What is needed:

1. in seller dashboard:
- add the 'correios' shipping options to all the sellers, exactly as seen in the normal admin dashboard.

2.
during user checkout:
- retrieve each seller shipping costs for the order from the correios plugin and define the total amount that each seller will recieve - ie., order value + correios' shipping cost.

- sum the shipping costs to the total order (orders + shipping) from multiple sellers


the correios plugin already works for one seller, but it gets the admin shipping information, and it should get each seller shipping costs.
and the dokan plugin has got an option for creating custom shipping, but does not support correios arguments/variables.


further observations:

-i need this integration developed as a plugin, so that i can update both woocommerce, dokan and the correios plugins at any time and have no need to worry about compatibility.

- basic documentation is required // ie., comment the code with the main functions so we can understand what was done and where
