PeopleHR Sync Issue

We are looking for a PHP developer to assist with an issue currently occurring between a PeopleHR site and our internal PHP new starter site. As it stands right now, one in every three attempts to send off information through the internal website, through the API link to PeopleHR, fails, and it doesn’t come up with a useful error message, just that the attempt has failed.

Ideally, the developer would work with PeopleHR and the internal IT team to both resolve the API link issue and create a new error message if ever that API link would break again.

Work on the live environment is fine, the company isn’t using this PHP website as part of operations at the moment due to its inconsistency, so changes can be made live. Full and incremental backups are available if rollbacks are required.
