    The site can be accessed through the 'localhost' thing.. and I can't make it work because of the bugs and everything.. is it possible to upload the zipped folder of the files on here????

    Then, the app is not on a host, can't be accessed by link, still. and you have it locally on your machine, I will send you a proposal so we can send files if we need to, but please accept my proposal so it won't go wasted and don't worry I will make all the effort to solve your bug

    What application is it? Is there anywhere I can see the application running at all?

    Without knowing the application and without seeing it, I'm not sure how anyone can assist you without much more detail.

    I appreciate that, but I can't accept a project that has no details... I don't know what I'm getting in to and I have no idea what price to quote as there's no way of knowing how much work there will be at this stage - the work is completely unknown.

    Please provide full details in your job description if you would like assistance. I'd advise you to ignore anyone who tells you 'I can do this' at this stage - it's impossible to know whether they can do the work and they will just scam you.
