Freelance QA Tester Needed for Comprehensive Platform Testing

We are seeking a detail-oriented freelance Quality Assurance (QA) tester to perform extensive black-box testing on our digital freelancing platform ( Web only, and it's mobile responsive ). The tester will be required to document all platform behaviors, actively test beyond standard use cases, and attempt to disrupt typical user flows to identify any potential issues. This role is important for ensuring that our platform is robust and user-friendly.

Responsibilities:

- Thoroughly document all observable behaviors and functionalities of the platform under normal use scenarios.
- Creatively test and attempt to 'break' the platform by sabotaging the expected user flows to uncover any hidden bugs or issues.
- Identify and clearly document any bugs, errors, or unexpected behaviors, including steps to reproduce and the severity of the issue.
- Capture visual evidence (screenshots or video) of all noted issues.
- Compile a comprehensive final report that categorizes findings by severity and type, including both functional bugs and potential usability improvements.
- Provide a summarized assessment of overall user experience and platform stability.

Needed Qualifications:
- Proven experience in QA testing with a focus on black-box and exploratory testing strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for thinking outside the box.
- Strong documentation skills, with attention to detail in describing bugs and user interactions.
- Proficient in using tools for capturing and documenting testing processes.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
