Chrome Extension to overlay colours on a web page

I need a simple Chrome Extension.

In short, it needs to change specifc table cell background colours of a web page to red or green based on calculations we provide.

Specifics:

- Whilst browsing the adverts page in the Google Ads interface, find the metrics, run the calculation and based on the results colour the relevant table cell background red or green.
- The calculation will be based on statistical significance (standard error). We will provide this.
- The overlay needs to run on each page load or refresh automatically.
- Provide and on/off toggle within the app drop-down menu.
