C++ and Docker Expert needed

We create an in-house application that runs on a Linux server and serves clients through a web browser.
Docker/Podman is the architecture, and yet many containers are used to execute our business logic.
In accordance with the following specifications, we would like to install another container to operate as the licensing validator service:

Please look at their Licensing system, we will use that to create a licensing system for our system. We should be able to use the native Plus SDK they provide and offline licensing as well
