UK-Based App Developer Needed for Dating/Community MVP. NDA req.

I’m looking for an experienced UK-based app developer (ideally Gloucestershire or nearby) to build an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) for a project that combines dating features with a simple community hub.

Phase One requirements (high-level only):
• Dating functionality (profile creation, swipe/match, basic messaging).
• Community feed (text + images, comments, reactions).
• Stripe integration for subscriptions.
• Admin dashboard for moderation.

Important info:
• NDA required before sharing full details.
• Budget is limited to £1,500 for this MVP build, with scope for long-term work if the app gains traction.
• I already have a bodged-up Figma flow (52 screens) which outlines the vision — it’s messy, but it shows the concept clearly.
• Still waiting on my Apple Organisation Account approval.
• Current codebase is built on a purchased Orange app template — please be mindful of Apple’s 4.3 Spam guideline when planning the build.
• Looking for MVP delivery within 6–8 weeks of project start.

What I’m looking for:

• Experience with Flutter (or other cross-platform frameworks) preferred

• Past experience building dating, social, or community apps (please include examples).
• Ability to work with me iteratively — simple now, scale later.
• UK-based preferred for ease of communication (bonus if you’re Gloucestershire).
