I need this problem fixed asap by someone who has solved this issue before!
The Instagram page/feed works fine (photos can be added, messages accessed, etc) and is visible and usable via the Instagram phone app, BUT the URL for the page does not work. When you try to view the page this error message appears:

We have tried numerous computers/browsers and the problem is not cookies or private viewing mode. This problem started yesterday and is costing us sales; it needs to be fixed urgently.
