How To Get This Custom URL Youtube.

General information for the website: youtube channel issue
Description of requirements/features: i have a youtube channel with the name

Waltham Forest Islamic Association

their is multiple google accounts brand account etc (its confusing stuff)

i am eligable for custom url but it is only allowing me to have youtube.com/walthamforestislamicassociation but i want it to be youtube.com/wfiachannel

but doesnt give me the option to do that.

do i have to rename my channel via google or what?

i want who is a specialist in youtube to advise me how i can get this done.

so the name of channel is Waltham Forest Islamic Association and want the custom url to be wfiachannel
