Facebook Application with Website

--Overview
I'm looking to have a Facebook app and an associated website constructed. The app will require people to 'like' the page to display more content. The website will allow people to pay for a subscription to have the app on their page. The webpage would be a simple wordpress page, logos and colours will be provided.

Skills needed; eCommerce, Facebook development, web development, soundcloud knowledge (not a large amount).


--Facebook App (example at end of message)
The app will be embedded on facebook pages and requires a like to reveal content. The page will display a splash page (a user uploaded image or a default splash image), then once liked it will unlock the content. The content will be links to music (hosted on external sites, no music stored) so the only thing it would need to reveal would be a link to an external file (user could use mediafire or own source). Above the link would need to be a space for a customized image that a user would upload and an embedded soundcloud player (Soundcloud API is pretty easy).

The app would need to look attractive and be customizable (Colours of background and text).

I would also like the app to be able to update the status of the page when the page reaches certain milestones ("Eg. at 1000 likes this track gets released") and automatically post updates on the progress of 'likes' and how many 'download' each track has had (how many clicks the download button has received. User would be able to customize these updates.


--Website
The website would need to be wordpress. I can provide logos and write the text sections but colours and layout will need to be done. There will also need to be a payment section. I'm hoping to have people pay for using this service (Freemium model, basic version is available for one link and no customization, payment gets more links and colours). There will also need to be an automated section that tracks people accounts and discontinues their service when they haven't paid. I'll also need a discount codes section that I could add in free accounts for myself and friends. Payments would be done using paypal and a merchant service.

I will be acquiring the domain once construction has begun, I have server ready to go.

-Website (wordpress) and Facebook App to the above standards

-There will be revisions required and I may add in features.

-Must be fully functioning with no bugs.

-Timeline is negotiable, but would like it within a month. Price is neg if folio is brilliant.
