Zoho Creator Application development

We have a Zoho Creator Application that has some basic elemtents and we want this extended. The application is for a Badminton club for members to register for a session and for a game list to be created. This is for a Zoho account with just 1 user, so members register via a shared form.
We have written a brief with exactly what we require.
We are looking for this work to be comleted asap and will make a decision today if the price is right.
As this work is for a badminton club, funds are very limited so unfortunately price is a major factor.
