Zend project needs additional work/improvements

Description of requirements/features: We have an existing Zend php/mysql project, which is in its first iteration.

We are looking for someone who is skilled in php/mysql/ajax and zend, to make a couple of small changes/improvements to this project. It is quite a large project so the candidate will need to be proficient and able to understand it. In addition we will need someone who can understand and work with the project as we may have further work here in the future.

The changes are as follows:-

1. There is an existing form which has the capability for multiple uploads/attachments, and a second form which does not have this capability. We need to add file uploads to the form which doesn't currently have it. This should be fairly straightforward, as the front end code can just be copied/pasted from the other form, and the back end code should be very similar to what is already there.

2. There is a bug on the form with multiple file uploads which is preventing different users from being able to upload to the same form. Currently once one person uploads files to this form, other users cannot upload files. They are being uploaded in the UI, just apparently not saved. This needs to be found and fixed.

3. Some users were not receiving emails from the website. We believe this was a spam problem and may have been fixed, but we need to check this and confirm it's ok.

4. There are existing user roles and privileges (tied to user roles) in the project. We need to add a new user role, and assign them some required privileges.
