Zapier Custom App - Google's API

I'm looking for someone who can build a Zapier custom integration app that is configured to Google's Reporting API. This is so we can send data from one app to Google's API.

This app will need to be able to "insert offline conversions" via batchinsert;

Zapier's custom app builder should allow you to create specific actions that will fill the required fields for uploading offline conversion data to Google's API. For example; Field: floodlightActivityId
