Zapier Automation

Hi there,

I have my woocommerce shop connected with Excel and Google Sheets via Zapier and I need 3 things done.

1. Product sales:
An Excel Spreadsheet that contains our products and tracks the total sales per month. So every time a sale takes place it should update the total number of products sold.
It should always be a list of sales per month. I And if it is in the next month it should go on the list of the next month and so forth.

2. Product sales per customer
An Excel Spreadsheet that tracks the total number of product sales (of each product) for each customer.
We only have a set amount of customers (B2B). So every time a sale of one of these customers takes place it should update the total number of sold to this customer of each individual product.
It should always be a list of sales per month. I And if it is in the next month it should go on the list of the next month and so forth.


3. Tracking of Composite Products
I have composite products in our Woocommerce store.
This means Composite Product A contains standard product B.
So when a customer orders the composite product A he will receive the physical product B.
To be able to manage our stock it is a composite product.
I currently track all sales with Zapier in Google Sheets.
With the composite products it always creates three lines and so it appears like three products.
I need to adjust that so the composite product is being tracked as such.

It is shown as shown in the screen shot and it should be as follows:
