XML Interface Using CakePHP

General information for the website: I require an XML interface to a credit reference agency.
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: No pages
Description of requirements/features: The interface makes calls and processes as follows:

1. Call addressListRequest using postcode
2. Returns address list. Use logic to match our (royal mail format address) to the retured address list to obtain UniqueAddressCode
3. Call creditBureauRequest passing applicant name, dob and unique address code
4. Returns XML block that needs inserting into approx 4 tables

I will provide a view that provides the data for the first service request
I will provide some logic for comparing the addresses that are returned with our source address
I will provide SQL to build the tables to hold the data returned by the 2nd service response

You should provide the code written to be compatible with Cake PHP version 2. I will require a method of calling your code passing a value for a SQL "WHERE" clause to limit the view to the exact row of data from the view that we require. This view will return 1 row of data with the postcode and you take it from there.

The interface will be called as a result of a button press but that will be handled at my end.
