Yacht broker Website ( Pretty much the same as real estate website)
Kind of development:
Module 1
I’m looking for a PHP developer (ideally UK BASED) who can initially create a database tables from an XML data feed that will be provided
Also images to import.
We currently have a mysql database with details of boat owners and basic boat details that will will use with the xml details.
We already use https://www.magicparser.com/
to pull in lots of details and maybe that could be just improved if you were knowledgeable with that.
Help with sql to update existing tables with imported data if needed. (prices etc)
Set up a cron job if that is needed to update it regularly
Module 2
We have currently a wordpress website but we are looking to totally change it and and integrate the database and images into a new wordpress website.
We looked at Automotive theme and could use that but need advice on what works best.
We want to built in a number of features into the new website that including staff and client access.
First please quote for only module 1 and provide details of very similar projects

Have you seen the WP All Import plugin that can be used to accomplish this task?
-
Hi David. There's an alternative to this if interested. Essentially a merging of option 1 & 2 which would include translating the database to WP specific i.e post-type & taxonomy, and code to schedule and automate import & display. Happy to quote for this. Thanks, Stephen, UK

It is really hard to know if your budget is adequate without seeing the import file. Can you provide one so I can analyse it and determine what it would take to import it to WordPress. Also, are you using a cart system like Woocommerce?

Will you consider outside UK person?
